We recently bought a house with Mersea Homes at Chesterwell and have had a really positive experience from start to finish. Georgia and Amanda were brilliant throughout the sales process - always responsive, helpful, and proactive in finding a solution that worked for us. Despite some issues with our sale, they went above and beyond to get everything lined up so we could move in before Christmas, which we really appreciated. The build quality of the house is excellent, with high-quality fixtures and fittings throughout. Aftercare has also been very good – a few minor snags were dealt with promptly and to a high standard, and nothing has been too much trouble. Thanks in particular to Andy and Alan for being so efficient and easy to deal with. Overall, a great experience and I’d highly recommend Mersea Homes.

They say moving house is one of the three most stressful things you can do in life, and while the sale of my previous property was far from an easy ride, Amanda and Angela made the purchase of my dream home on the Chesterwell Development such a smooth and pleasurable experience, making up for the torture of the other side of things! Both ladies are so warm and welcoming and so incredibly helpful. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble and I'm not sure I've ever encountered two people that go above and beyond quite so much. I can't begin to thank them enough for all the help and advice they gave through the process and will forever be so grateful to them both. I have lived here for almost 2 years now and can honestly say I've never loved a house more. I feel so very lucky to live here and still smile when I park in my drive every day. Its a beautiful place for bringing up children and walking my beloved dog. It feels safe always and is wonderful having the great facilities at Chesterwell Plaza within easy walking distance for everyone. I have only had very minor snags since moving in. Although I cannot envisage I would want to ever move from my beautiful home, I would certainly never hesitate to purchase another house from Mersea Homes. My children ask all the time "when can we afford to buy the new show home?", mainly just so they can go and see Amanda & Angela! One day kids.....One day. x
